Yesterday (25 - 11 - 16) we had our sixth session with kiwi can for term 4. We had a new topic but our theme was the same as always. Our theme was Respect. Our new topic was respect for our environment. We didn’t have an energizer because we had a talk but indeed we had our activity. Our activity was Telesia'a game. It was called Krikby. It was like softball but we kicked the rugby ball as far as we could and run around the bases. It was a very fun game. At the end of the kiwi can session we did “Thank you room 8 for coming to kiwi can, thank you kiwi can 123, 123 KC Shooooo!!!!. Also our catch phrase was “Kiwi Can says, respect this place, treat it like your own, at the end of the day, it's where we call home”.

Kiwi Can

Today we had our first Kiwi Can session for this term. We were excited and ready. When we got there Mrs Tuia and Mr Numia greeted us like always. Our topic for Kiwi Can was respect and our theme was core values. We just had a little talk before we went out for our energiser. Our energiser was called values. We walked outside to play. After all that we were huffing and puffing because we had to run around a lot.

Then we had to get into 4 groups and act out a skit . Mr Numia gave us the card with the core value written on it. My groups card was cooperation and our group number was 3. We all had to do the play. Afterwards all of the groups finished. We were shy but we got through it.
