VOCABULARY - describe in your own words what these words mean:
pulsing= Pulsing means you're on a nice and quiet place
gazing= Gazing is when something is going so fast.
infinite= Infinite is when something never stop.
depth= Depth are when you see infinite.
galaxy= Galaxy is when you have no air and you can flot.
polished= Polished means when you see something sloppy
steering= Steering means when you're on a boat and your steering the wheel.
We look up at the sky, but the poem says: ‘gazing down into the infinite depths of the night sky’ what do you think it means by that? You look at the sea and it looks like the star are below you.
Where is the author when they wrote this poem? The author was on a boat looking up the sky.
The last stanza says: ‘Life is a space journey - anyone steering?’ What is this a metaphor for? He ended up no where and he didn’t need to steer because there was no land around him.
