Healthy Plate

This is a healthy eat well plate. We should have at least 3 fruits and vegetables a day. Every food on this plate is what we can eat. There’s like meat, fish, eggs and also beans. There's everything on this plate. It is good to stay healthy so when you're older you look good. If you have non-healthy food you might not live long. (Never know). There are lots of things you can eat. Vegetables, fruits, water, bread and all other foods, drinks on this plate.
